Come for the isekai how to survive as a villainess plot line, stay for the political thriller. Definitely a unique series that is a good mix of traditional isekai tropes and political intrigue. It also manages to drop the otome sekai elements quite quickly. Honestly, if the author decided to not make this into an otome sekai, she could have easily picked up a broader Western readership as a Fantasy political thriller. Job well done nonetheless.

I have been waiting for this to come. One of good light novel to read. Anyone who reads the manga/webnovel are recommended to read this.

The plot at first seemed generic, but, after reading it, it truly was anything but. the twists and turns and character development and world building was astonishing. it was a refreshing and fun experience.
