Ratings and reviews

I absolutely loved this book. The characters are very well-rounded and have so much depth. I have read everything by Feist and the Riftwar Saga is by far the most enjoyable series I have ever read. I had a really hard time putting this book down and devoured it in three days. I was depressed when I got to the end, knowing I would have to wait until the next book.

The book is interesting but is overshadowed by an insane amount of dull exposition dumps and SEX. This author is too horny for his own good, an entire chapter of this book is dedicated to learning sex. Cut out all the pointless chatter and dumb sex and I'd give it 5 stars.

Never thought smithing could be so interesting to read about. You really know how to tell a story. Plus, it's an interesting character group you put who actually don't lust for skoodilypooping unlike other protagonist groups.
