This book is a very good book it helps with the body mind and soul not just help you in to connect to get pregnant it stimulating to the mind and your health in 2012 I actually had gave birth to a baby girl November the 20th after 9 years of not being fertile and it did take a year to get my body right but worth it I have a baby girl.
