It is great if you want to get a basic idea of what author wanted to say in less time. From my perspective, including at least one example or instances for the same could help the reader understand more thoroughly by relating with his life.

I loved so much it. These normals are very important to live much better in 21 centuaru. Everyone around us is busy in their time waste schedule but these 7 rules are important to change yourself by studying others& ourself.

Hardly a "Quick Read" the text is excessive and treats readers like stupid - not necessary
