False Start by Piper Rayne is the prequel to the Kingsmen Football Stars series that I listened to on audio narrated by Joe Arden and Callie Dalton. This is the first book of Piper's that I have read, and it won't be my last. She did a great job setting the stage for the next book in the series You Had Your Chance, Lee Burrows. I can't wait to dive into that book next. Joe and Callie did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

This is the prequel to you had your chance and it was a really good start to this story. I really enjoy Lees character. He knew what he did was wrong and owned up to it right away. I also really liked Shaynas back bone and strength. I can’t wait to start the next book to see how their story unfolds and the Audio was really well. I love Joe Arden as a narrator.

This prequel novella is a great intro to the characters that will be featured in Piper Rayne's first book of the Kingsmen Football Stars series. This had me enthralled and wanting to know what happens next. I will be diving into Book 1, You Had Your Chance, Lee Burrows! And can we get a round of applause for the spice. Well-done, Piper Rayne!
