A lot of it I started putting into practice in my own life 10 years ago when my spousepassed away leaving me alone within 8 month old, I just found there wasn't any time for nonsense or negative thoughts or energy so I had to raise my son on my own for the last 10 years and if I didn't have the propensity to learn most of this stuff on my own this book would have been a lifesaver. And my son is absolutely the most interesting, intelligent and all around great person that I've ever met I don't like to take credit for it but I never spanked him I kept the negative thoughts energy and actions to a minimum and it's bettered both of our lives immensely. Highly recommend if you're struggling.

This book manages to summarize the lessons I didn't know I needed whilst being just dry enough to finish.
