I had to purchase the comic close to 15 times already. The transaction says declined every time I tried to buy it BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR EVERY ATTEMPT OF BUYING THIS!!? My credit card says 99cents off of my balance at least 10 times and if im charged for this I'll never use google play again! Please refund my money immediately. OH YEAH! I CANT EVEN READ THE 15 DOLLAR COMIC I JUST PAYED FOR! WHAT A JOKE!
