This book actually lives up to the name "graphic novel". The story, characters, and world building are top notch. When you add the phenomenal artwork on top of that, you get a book that goes way beyond the usual comic book junk food. The world is sketched in, but all the more effective for the broad strokes it paints. It leaves you wanting to find out more about it. The storytelling is tight and well paced. Most of the time, reading a graphic novel is a guilty pleasure, not so with Witcher! I highly recommend this for any fan of fantasy or horror.

It was late at night when i began reading this, and I really should have gone to bed, but anything "witcher" never loses my interest and this book (comic, really...) didnt fail to keep my attention either. Great illustrations and good story. Fit the witcher atmosphere very well.

I'm a witcher fan. loved the game and watched the Netflix series. I didn't know there were comics on the witcher until I saw some at the library. Bought the whole volume here.
