I took one start because of the length of the book. The authors made a great job explaining the terms; providing enough examples to enhance the learning experience. After finishing the book I ended up wanting more. I am now waiting for their next title.

Very well written, I am doing a course in corporate communications from NMIMS mumbai and this book has totally nailed it. Well scripted , well designed worth your precious time. no one has anything new to say, it's how good is your way vs others way.

After reading this book, it made me think that if ever I want to put up my own business, I should consider first the marketing side before deciding on which products should I pursue.
