A quick read, it is less than the 24 pages it claims to be, many of those are ads for other great books. This story is a glimpse into one of Dante's missions before he met Aurora. He's just a fun-loving guy who loves his work: killing vampires. Third person, the book is still told from Dante's point-of-view so you get to see a lot more about the way he thinks. This is a great additional piece for the series.

I'm not sure why this book is placed so late in the series, but I'm glad I got to take a brief look in Dante's life before Aurora entered.

A glimpse of a mission from Dantes point of view before he met Aurora, was expecting more of a "who Dante is" type of read but still very happy with the book, good addition to the whole series
