This was so disapointing. IT pained me to read skipping to the times he relapses cause the rest was blah blah boring. The only reason I kept reading was because I am 22 months sober and curious to see if I am doing it right so I stay that way for good. Compared to the 5 past books I read on overcoming addiction and staying clean They were all 5⭐& amazing. Couldn't put them down.

If you've been there, then this book makes sense & if you have someone going through it, it makes our perspective a little more clear to you. In my opinion, I lived all three books, Nic Sheff is somewhat of an inspiration. I relate, even though it's a different drug of choice, alcohol, its the same feelings!

Disappointed in this book from tweaked. So many excuses and dishonesty within yourself that you excuse yourself from. Being a recovered addict takes full and complete surrender.sounds like your gonna white knuckle it from here on out. Just my opinion. Take care and truly hope the best for you.
