About the author

Ned Rust is the co-author of two books in the Daniel X series and Witch and Wizard: The Gift with James Patterson, and the author of Patrick Griffin's Last Breakfast on Earth, the first in a new series. He lives in Croton, New York with his wife, son, and daughter.

Claire Fayers lives in South Wales with her husband and as many cats as she can get away with. The Voyage to Magical North is her first novel.

Garth Jennings has directed many music videos and commercials as one third of the production company Hammer and Tongs. He is the director of two feature films: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005) and Son of Rambow (2007) for which he also wrote the screenplay. He is currently directing Sing, an animated musical comedy for Universal. The Deadly 7 is his first novel.

Barry Lyga is the author of numerous acclaimed novels, including I Hunt Killers and The Astonishing Adventures of Fanboy and Goth Girl. He graduated from Yale University, then worked in the comic book industry for ten years and developed Free Comic Book Day. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and their daughter.
