I read this book to my son every night and it quickly became our favorite bedtime story. We read it so often that by the age of four my son could read each page, start to finish. This book definitely has struck a cord in my heart and is one that my sin and i will cherish forever. The illustrations and superbly drawn and the words flow beautifully when read out loud. Fantastic book that every mother or father should read to there children! Love it!

This is the best children's book of all time! I love the gorgeous pictures and the beautiful words in this book more than any other, and my 2 year old and 4 month old love it just as much. A must have!

The wording iin this book says it all. I purchased it for my Grandson and it has become our special book. I love it :)

Nancy Tillman is the author and illustrator of the New York Times best-selling picture book On the Night You Were Born and its companion journal, The Wonder of You: A Book for Celebrating Baby's First Year. Her other books include The Spirit of Christmas and Tumford the Terrible. A former advertising executive, Tillman now writes and illustrates full-time. She lives in Tualatin, Oregon.
