Desperately needs an editor. Although the text is in English, it is clearly written by someone who's native language isn't English, and makes for a challenging read for native English speakers. Also, the examples and exercises are riddled with mistakes, and not well thought out to make academically meaningful points. This textbook was the only assigned reading for my Optimization graduate class, and I ended up learning everything from YouTube. Do not recommend.
