Katie and Leblanc have to search for a serial killer that keeps on killing people in the US and Canada, they have difficulty defining what is the link among the several dead and follow many leads under a lot of pressure to find the culprit. While trying to capture the killer they help put behind bars other culprits responsible for lesser crimes. Although I gave this story 4 stars, it should really be 3,5 stars. There are too many repeated thoughts made by the two FBI officers which made, sometimes, - at least for me - the story slow-paced. I received a free copy of this book as a member of the author's ARC team, and this is my honest opinion.

FBI Agent Katie is she a step closer to finding information of her sister. When another body has her now working with the Canadian force. A good series, showing the emotion along with frigid weather to find answers to secrets in her past. Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

Book 3 in series sees Katie and fellow Detective partner Leblanc chasing down a serial killer that is targeting the rich and privelidged across the snow encased ranches of Canada.. Danger is around the corner! Add to this parents who do not want to acknowledge her after her twins dissappearance. Katie wants answers and is struggling to cope.. A great read, twists and turns and cannot wait to read next in series.
