I am also a little league coach. First spring as a head coach, though many years as an assistant. I finally found the ideals and the way I want to run my teams. With all the ideas in my head this book helps bring those ideals to life. Thank you Coach!!

Awesome book! Matheny was one of my favorite Cardinal players and is now manager! I am and will forever be a Cards fan as is my family! I think every parent, coach, and player of every sport should read this book!!! Great great read!!!!! It really made me think of myself as a parent watching and supporting my child from the stands to watch myself. So I'm trying to do what I read and be a quiet spectator!

Mike Matheny played thirteen years as a catcher for four Major League teams, won four Gold Gloves, and holds the MLB record for most consecutive games without an error. He was the manager of the St. Louis Cardinals for six seasons, leading the Cardinals to the postseason in each of his first four campaigns and winning the National League pennant in 2013.
