"Double Your Mind Power" is a thoughtful and insightful guide to improving concentration and confidence. It's a well thought-out and well-researched book that explored the power of the mind and a person's ability to effect great change in their own life by merely exploring who they are, what they can do and using effective techniques to improve themselves. Michelle Steven has a way of approaching the subject in a casual but information manner, allowing readers to easily understand and apply these life changing techniques to their own minds and lives while getting a deeper understanding of the process of "doubling mind power". The book is fairly well written with just a few instances of repetition that could be removed, but overall it is a great read for those who want to be better when it comes to concentration, confidence and achieving the goals in life they have set out for themselves.

This is a great book for anyone wanting effective techniques on how to set and achieve any and all goals. It is well researched and jam-packed with many different ways on how to strengthen one's willpower, improve focus, and have better concentration. I especially liked how it clearly defined low self-confidence as living in fear (of rejection, of other's opinions, etc) therefore making one shy and indecisive and specific ways on how to overcome that. It also offered great, clear-cut visualization techniques as well as several exercises that will help improve your memory. Unlike many other self-improvement books that have a lot of fluff and filler this one gets right to the point and manages to cram a lot of useful information in one short ebook. A great addition to anyone's self-help/success library.

I just finished reading this book and I am truly thrilled about the possibilities and the new angle to life it offers. This is a book I highly recommend anyone to read. I was amazed by the simplicity that the author explains complex and life altering matters of how the mind works and how we all can use it to unlock our potential. This is a book that I will reread on several occasions.

About the author

Michelle Steven owns a small bookstore in Richmond, Virginia.  After going through many hard times, including a divorce and the loss of a parent, Michelle was able to pull herself out of a deep depression and get her life back on track.  She has remarried and has a child on the way. She also will give lectures about how to apply the Law of Attraction to get what you want.
