Departure from his usual topic of how individuals, groups and finance intersect with society, my curiosity was piqued because Michael Lewis is such a gifted writer. He has a knack for humour and creating larger contexts and the trials and tribulations of fatherhood give him lots of material. Short and sweet with lots of juicy little vignette's about his 3 children and his observations along the way. The book is a good inspiration for new father's or would be father's to make a point of writing or capturing your child's early years lest you forget!

Great read for any father, but should be assigned reading for all first-timers.
