About the author

Melinda Wells is the pseudonym for prolific writer Linda Palmer. Wells is the author of a series of culinary mysteries called A Della Cooks Mystery. Before being a mystery novelist, she was a wildlife photographer, a children's photographer, a writer for TV daytime drama, a screenplay writer, vice president of a PR firm, and a production VP of a major motion picture studio.
