About this ebook

From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Princess Diaries series, comes the very first adult installment, which follows Princess Mia and her Prince Charming as they plan their fairy tale wedding—but a few poisoned apples could turn this happily-ever-after into a royal nightmare.

For Princess Mia, the past five years since college graduation have been a whirlwind of activity, what with living in New York City, running her new teen community center, being madly in love, and attending royal engagements. And speaking of engagements. Mia’s gorgeous longtime boyfriend Michael managed to clear both their schedules just long enough for an exotic (and very private) Caribbean island interlude where he popped the question! Of course Mia didn’t need to consult her diary to know that her answer was a royal oui.

But now Mia has a scandal of majestic proportions to contend with: Her grandmother’s leaked “fake” wedding plans to the press that could cause even normally calm Michael to become a runaway groom. Worse, a scheming politico is trying to force Mia’s father from the throne, all because of a royal secret that could leave Genovia without a monarch.  Can Mia prove to everyone—especially herself—that she’s not only ready to wed, but ready to rule as well?

I've loved this series since I was young and was so excited to see that there was finally gonna be some closure and that the books was going to be geared more towards adults. The book itself was fine, it read just like a normal book from this series, which is the problem I see no difference between this and the others. There was some repetitive parts, especially those pertaining to Mia talking about Michael and it got old after a while. I did like the ending but would have preferred it be her coronation.

Dear ms.cabot you should make a new one where mia has her baby(s) and the life of her new marriage and how olivia life is going on and how she is adjusting to her new life. She should also get a princess diary makeover. Sincerely, Andrea♡♡♡ p.s could the twins be one girl and one boy that would be so adorable.

I love Mia. I forgot how much until I started reading it again. Meg Cabot always knocked it out of the park with her pop-culture references, witty banter and just obsessive anxious melodramatic Mia. I absolutely loved it and this is coming from a girl that wanted to be a dragon instead of a princess as a little girl. HRH Princess Amelia Mignonette Grimaldi Thermopolis Renaldo will always be my favorite crazy princess.
