It wasn't what I expected based on the authors other trilogies and I was skeptical from the first chapter, but I got into by the third. I think the character's and storyline are great , but mostly for the dialog. There were in between descriptions that I rather skimmed through. The star dropped to three because the price did not seem to equal only 135 pages* , but on to book 2.

The worst I've read from this author, rushed story line and so repetitive I blew through most of it. And 148 pages so not worth the price. Disappointed...

I can't believe how many times the characters repeated themselves. Over and over and over. Blah blah blah. I figured they would get to the story eventually but after a third of the book i couldn't take it anymore.
