I have not read the entire book. Needless to say I can only comment on the area SIGNIT AND THE PANAMA CANAL TREATY 1976...This short excerpt was not the WHOLE story for I was there and witnessed the whole thing. I never knew what happened to those two clowns at the ASA for I rotated back to the states and left the Army. Sad that these to traitors were not prosecueted.
