Another reason I have to buy all of these books! The best description of how the world affects anxiety and fear! I have never read it described as well! I wonder if the Author has experienced irrational fears, like I'm not going to be able to stop myself from driving off the overpass while taking my kids to school or like the irrational fears of thinking I must have done something terrible, in my teens, but I can't remember it (guilt) turning into feeling unworthy which manifested as not being able to look at myself in a mirror! I did find a couple of helpful books in the late 70's -80's! The one I always think of is "Telling Yourself the Truth "! Life changing for the journey!
