There was a lot of potential, but it ended up being a let down. The book simultaneously moved too fast and dragged, while new concepts seemed to pop up on their own without explanation. If the book had been polished into what it could be, Storm Siren would have been amazing. In the end, I'm just disappointed.

It's not exactly my cup of tea because it is a tragedy where I thought it would be a adventure with its ups and downs. It has its ups, but it's ups are there only to make the downs downer. It IS well written and it DOES hold your attention all the way through. The characters are interesting and the plot line authentic to a war story

Loved the book, but hated the plot twist in the end! It's my first time reading anything like this and I will Read the next installment because I have to know the end lol.
