This book indeed can give you everything about Python, but for me it is too verbose, and take a long journey to the "meat" part. Please expect longer reading time and unlimited patient to finish the book.

The book I brought from Amazon is good, however the examples won't be intuitive at first for a true beginner. A beginner won't read what PATH is in Appendix A. This books exercises help, however I will still practice exercises in other books because this is more like a "Novel".
