I got this book last year. I've read Cinder,Scarlet,and Cress. This is the best book series ever. The anticipation, the twists and turns. All the way to the biggest turning point ever. I laughed I nearly cried, I eveb got a couple of friends to read the book. I recommend it of you: 1.If you LOVE fairytales. 2.If you love different versions of fairytales that are AMAZING. 3.You like Science Fiction. 4.The description just interested you(because that's why I read)

I've never been a fan of cyborg/robot novels, but from the first chapter of Cinder, I was undeniably captivated. It was initially the subtle link between old fairy tales & the dystopian-like rework that drew my interest; but inside was a whole new~and still plausible~ futuristic vein that never quite held my interest in similar novels. I was impatient as I've never been in the year btween each book & they're only getting better... and ultimately much harder to wait for!

I fell in love with this book right away! And the more I read, the more excited I got to see what would happen next. Each book keeps getting better and better, mini stories and all! And reading the first chapter of Cinder to friends and family before they get into the series has not only been a pleasure, but helps me see just how many agree that the writing is very visual and well written. I just have to say, thank you Marissa Meyer!!

About the author

Marissa Meyer was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, home of Almond Roca and Stadium High School, which was made famous when Heath Ledger danced down the stadium steps in 10 Things I Hate About You. Marissa didn't actually go to Stadium High School, but she did attend Pacific Lutheran University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. She still lives in Tacoma, now with her husband. Cinder is her YA debut.
