About this ebook

Irresistible chemistry and thrilling suspense combine in this electrifying new installment in New York Times bestselling author Lynsay Sands’ Argeneau series…

One hundred and twenty-five years is a long time to nurse a crush. That’s how long it’s been since Beth Argenis first met Cullen “Scotty” MacDonald and he instantly became the star of her most X-rated dreams. Back then, he was rescuing her from a Rogue Immortal. Now Beth’s a Rogue Hunter—a damn good one. She doesn’t need saving anymore, despite what Scotty thinks. What she does need is the fierce, wild desire that finally erupts between them.

Scotty has hesitated to claim Beth as his own. But one explosive kiss confirms what he’s long suspected: She’s his life mate. But Beth is tough, fearless, beautiful…and in immortal danger. Unless he wants to lose her forever, he’ll have to rethink everything he once believed about love and destiny as well as confront an enemy who’s terrifyingly close.

First, let me start off saying that once again Lynsay Sands has made her vampire world the setting for my dreams. It’s no secret that I love the paranormal but vampires were my first love, so each and every time an author inspires a new take on vampire lore, it gives me chills and sets my imagination on fire. The Argeneau Vampire world is certainly a fascinating take on vampires, with plenty of sexy vampires to dream about and the meeting of their lifemates are adventures that have to be explored. Immortally Yours not only lives up to the previous books but was also a bit surprising. The courtship between Scotty and Beth not only had an unexpected plot but it also had plenty of danger from an unforeseen foe. The romance tugged at heartstrings, made me cuss at the hero for being a bit pretentious while loving him at the same time and of course made me a bit jealous that Beth got the Scottish hottie instead of me. The action and danger were in just the right amount with plenty of thrills without overwhelming the romance and the book threw me for a bit of a loop, since the author steered us away from the chase involving the evil doctor and back to Canada, but I have to say that that’s gives readers a chance to see how other characters are faring during this trying time and dealing with problems that rise because of that chase, which may keep me on pins and needles about what is happening with the chase, but also means that I definitely won’t get bored and always have more stories in this world to look forward to. So I have to say that I had a very good time reading Immortally Yours and if you love this vampire world I much as I do, you will be happy to know that more appealing characters have been introduced.
