Overall, I thought the book was good but I almost didn't make it past the first chapter due to some very rough paragraphs. The flow and wording was very clunky in sections throughout the book. However, I really liked the main characters and felt the relationships were believable. This was my first time reading this author and I thought the name dropping of other characters a bit overwhelming.

Reading the Argeneau books are like coming in contact with a long lost friend. I unfortunately can't afford to catch up with the ones from after 10 but it really doesn't matter because all my friends are in them! Thank you Ms. Sands for these wonderful books! Joy Richards

Loved this book! Could not stop reading because I was wanting to know what happens next. If you haven't already read any of the other books in this series, please read them.

Lynsay Sands is the nationally bestselling author of the Argeneau/Rogue Hunter vampire series, as well as numerous historicals and anthologies. She’s been writing since grade school and considers herself incredibly lucky to be able to make a career out of it.
