If you're looking for a book with effective, detailed workouts you can do from home, this is the book for you. I've bought the print version in 2009 & now the digital too (because my old book is now in tatters). That being said, this book could do with some updates, like audio-visual links. Seeing as it's sold for roughly the same price as the print, some additional materials should be included to justify the price. But that's about all I can complain.
