Very contradictive, her arguments are absolutely ridiculous. She brings up situations where the women have choices, but instead of taking advantage of the situations the women that she speaks of don't do anything to help themselves in the situations that they are in, instead the author rants about equal opportunity rather than give advice on how to excel and how to achieve success in different situations with the tools we are given.

Overall a really good read but at times can be a cliché of what should and shouldn't men/women do in their day-to-day at the office.

I loved it, learned a lot. Very inspiring.
