Ratings and reviews

Of the two books I liked the first one more. The first book is fast paced and the story is really arresting. I found the second book some what dragging and there is almost no climax. It felt like an half-baked cake. All in all I'd still give the series five stars.

Lish McBride grew up in the Pacific Northwest and got her MFA in fiction from the University of New Orleans. Lish lives happily in Seattle with her family, two cats, and one very put-upon Chihuahua.
