Distrust by Lisa Jackson Vintage Silhouette novels published in 1985 and 1987 compiled together under compilation copyright by Kensington Publishing Corp. The two stories have the feel of the past and as I remember the 1980’s well knew they were true to the times and to that writing style. If you are looking for two books in one to read that will take you back to evil doers doing their best to make money without conscience, enjoy a second chance romance, like the thwarting of bad guys, and prefer a happy ending then this compilation might just be for you.
