Beautifully written and read by the author, Lisa Gungor. Her voice and storytelling are lovely and soothing, and her insight is deeply moving. I think this is best book I have ever listened to. If you've gone through a faith transition, this book feels like a conversation with someone that truly understands. And while I am not a parent, her description of motherhood- her longing, joy, love and fear- brought me to tears. Lisa is a beautiful spirit, and I'm so grateful for her art and work.

About the author

Lisa Gungor has been scribbling down songs since she was seven years old. A maker at heart, Lisa studied art in college, and in 2005 she began recording and traveling with the band that eventually turned into the two-time Grammy-nominated musical collective with her husband known as Gungor. Lisa lives in Los Angeles with her husband Michael and their two beautiful girls, Amelie and Lucie. She writes for Gungor, the Storyline blog, The Liturgists, and The Huffington Post.
