Ratings and reviews

I've read almost all of Lisa Gardner's books, but this was perhaps my least favorite one. It was far too drawn out, with too many twists and turns, and weird as that sounds. Could have chopped off at least 100 pages of it. And if I read "Vero wants to fly" one more time I thought I was going to lose it. The ending was great, totally unexpected. The only reason I ended up finishing it was to figure out "who dunnit." Also, as much as I am a fan of Tessa Leoni, DD Waren still can't be beat!

Sat down at 9pm to read a few chapters before bed. Next thing I know, it's almost 1am, and I've finished the book. It's been a while since a book has enthralled me from page one, and made time disappear.

I have read almost everyone of Lisa Gardeners books and they all were great reads. she is my favorite author and cannot wait till she writes her next book
