Paul Demetre
An excellent guide to how plants work. This book combines botany with real-world examples to expalin the biology of plants from the cellular level to why they do, or do not grow towards the sun, to how they repoduce either on their own (by cloning) or through sex with the help of the wind, water or a type of animal or insect. This book entertains while educating, highly recommend.

This book tells alot about why, how and when plants flower. In that case, it can be very usefull in understanding how weeds and all other plants work. You will be able to handle many problems in a garden or in the field in a way that you don't harm the enviroment.
