What is written by the author in this book are the basics that we often overlooked. However, those are the fundamentals that most of us are lacking, yet wonder why aren't we better at maintaining good relationship amongst each other. This book serves as a good reminder. It has good insights and practical ones.

The wording is pretty redundant & didn't paint any visuals for me; can't describe it as a book "I couldn't put down", quite the opposite-- hard to pick up once I switched to a different read.

Dealing with people is an art. Not many have it but it can be learn. Simply by sharpening our speech and communication skills. And also how to fix our egotism
