The way Leil writes is quite light. We will feel eager to read more and more as it's easy to digest, unlike some communication books which has too much words in one sentence. Her ideas are also very practical to adopt. I would highly recommend this book to others who are interested to build their interpersonal skills.

not all of her advice are good. i did not like it. some negative comments by the author shows her bitterness and insecurities. i do not recommend this book.

I've not read the book , just the sample, but it gave me satisfaction towards what i was looking for ! Thanks
