Ratings and reviews

From the first chapter to the last, I was invested in Ryan and Hailey’s story. Ms. Coll’s style of writing flows well and her characters are engaging and easy to relate to. This series is going from strength to strength and every time I finish I think that’s my favourite until the next book comes around. The chemistry that sizzles between Ryan and Hailey is intense and I enjoyed the witty banter between them as their relationship moved from friends to lovers. Another wonderful addition.

I loved Ryan and Hailey’s story in My Best Chance by Lea Coll, book four in the Second Chance Harbor series, is a small town, friends to lovers, brother’s best friend romance that I could not put down. Another couple to meet who find fate have given them a chance at Second Chance Harbor and this time it’s Ryan and Hailey’s journey. I love single parent stories so this one was always going to be on my radar and honestly it was everything i have come to expect from Ms Coll and so much more. I was captivated from the first page and there was no putting down until I had read the final line of My Best Chance and for me it’s a great addition to this wonderful series

Lea Coll worked as a trial attorney for over ten years. Now she stays home with her three children, plotting stories while fetching snacks and running them back and forth to activities. She enjoys the freedom of writing romance after years of legal writing. 

She grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania and currently resides in Maryland with her family.
