This was a fun educational book to read to our kids. It isn't like most planet books, it has a fun rhyme scheme with educational facts. It doesn't bombard you with so many facts that your brain shuts down and kids stop listening. I wish there were more books like this to teach our kids about space.

Very cute book, educational for kids and easy to read. My 3 yr old daughter loves it and I'm sure it will be her favorite for awhile!
About the author
After becoming a father, Layton Lavik wanted to create something special that would allow him to share his passions for science, astronomy and storytelling with his son. As “Hello, This is Earth” came to life he decided to share it with other budding readers too in hopes of sparking curiosity in the universe around us!
