Actually 4.5 stars. This is book one in the Callahan Confidential Series, what a great place to start. I was excited to learn this was a series because I fell in love with the Callahan family. This author does a great job at grabbing your attention and keeping it throughout the entire novel. Marc Callahan is a dedicated FBI agent. When he fears someone on his team is a mole he must take extreme measures to keep his star witness safe. Kari Danville is a talented artist with a great memory. When she is running for her life she must decide to trust Marc. Both Marc and Kari have a past they need to overcome to be able to move forward. This novel is full of Suspense, Drama, Mystery and Romance. It is a well written, stand alone book, even though it is part of a series. It will keep you guessing. I look forward to reading more from this author and this series.

I read this book many times. Each time i learnd something new. GOD never makes a mistake and that faith is NOT a dirty word.Trust in GOD, yourself and others will help you in your journey. Being cautious is smart, always pray first and you will never go wrong! GOD BLESS
