This arc is one of the best in Shonen history. While it never breaks the best of One Piece, Dragon Ball, or even its biggest rivals, The Promised Neverland or Dr. Stone (Oh God, I love my Dr. Stone), this arc is phenominal. 9/10, 4.5 stars if I could.

Was I the only one who herd the song rise play during midorya and overhaul's fight portion. I cried like 5 times

Kohei Horikoshi was born in Aichi, Japan, in 1986. He received a Tezuka Award Honorable Mention in 2006, and after publishing several short stories in Akamaru Jump, his first serialized work in Weekly Shonen Jump was Oumagadoki Zoo in 2010. My Hero Academia is his third series in Weekly Shonen Jump.
