I know real estate investing very well; done it for years. I skimmed over the sample and found numerous statements that indicated to me the book was written by someone who was not fully versed in REI. Like saying "no money down " means a property is 100% financed... That is not what it means at all. I have done many deals for no money down that were pennies on the dollar.

Just recently acquired my 2nd triplex which would be the 3rd property. Has tons of great information, especially for beginners.

This book is for experienced Real Estate investors. It is NOT for anyone starting out.
