About the author

Kaye George is a short-story writer and novelist. She is the author of four mystery series, including the Neanderthal People of the Wind saga that begins with Death in the Time of Ice. She also has stand-alone short stories from White City Press, including The Bavarian Krisp Caper and A Fine Kettle of Fish. Many of her short stories appear in other anthologies as well. Her first novel, Choke, was nominated for an Agatha Award for Best First Novel of 2011. She reviews for Suspense Magazine, and other articles appear in newsletters and booklets.
