I like Kate Bold's new character, native New Orleans area agent Camille Grace. Agent Grace is interesting in that she is different form a lot of FBI Agent portrayals- she doesn't make rash and silly decisions that lead to her being injured or getting other people killed. The plot was realistic, the setting southern, and the character flawed (all of her bad memories seem to reside in the small town she is assigned to). The reason for my rating is the numerous errors related to the editing of this book. A few don't generally bother me, but when there are so many I have to reread a section, that is too many. Still, can't wait for book 2.

I read the Harley Cole book first. Camilles back story is almost the same as hers and that's ruined it for me. Story is okay but cld have been so much more without missing sister etc

I enjoyed the story line and easy read. Kept my attention and I wanted to get back to the story line! I will now go on to another of your books I have in my library. Thanks for the summer's day read!
