A brilliant way to teach kiddos the language that they need to use to try to solve some of their own problems!

About the author

Karen Scheuer is a wife, mother, and teacher. She lives and works in Bucks County, Pennsylvani, and has been married to her high-school sweetheart for 29 years. The author and her husband have a 23-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son. She enjoys calligraphy, knitting, making jewelry, traveling, reading, and never turns down an offer to dine out. The first-time author encourages her second-graders to use A Bug and a Wish in various school situations. “In the years that I have been teaching, teasing and bullying have increased. I felt that the ‘big and a wish’ concept would make a great children’s book for teachers to use in their classrooms.”
