About this ebook

A brother’s-best-friend stand alone romance by USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde…

I was just his best friend’s little sister.

But he was always more than that to me.

After twelve years of pining over Patrick’s easy smile, baby blues, and captivating charm, I decide to take matters into my own hands—and completely blow my chance.

Who knew a self-proclaimed manwhore would decide to be a gentleman the first time I’m naked in his bed? Definitely, not me. But when I land there again, neither of us has any intention of stopping.

There’s only one problem: nobody can know. Especially not my three older brothers. If they found out, all hell would break loose. So I’m willing to keep our secret...

Because I want him Wright here, right now.

***5 ‘The Other Side to My Coin’ Stars*** I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each Wright book I’ve read, and I have read them all because once you start, the NEED to see them all get their HEA’s is strong. So, it should come as no surprise that I was all about getting my hands on this one, especially after the little teases about Morgan’s crush on Patrick sprinkled throughout the series and I ADORED this book. It was all kinds of sweet and smexy with a good dose of humor and with just the right amount of drama to keep me turning the pages, but not wanting to toss my Kindle into the freezer. I want my own Patrick. The man is all kinds of book boyfriend goodness. He’s loyal, honest compassionate and simply a good man who once he makes a decision, he is all in come hell or high water. Morgan. This woman is a special kind of crazy. She is such a workaholic that I wanted to reach through my Kindle and force her to stop, but I understood why she was that way and couldn’t help but admire her drive. Her passion is her job and it’s been that constant in her life. And though work does have a tendency to blind her to other things, she has a huge heart that truly cares for those she call her own. The whole brothers best friend/best friends sibling trope is one that can go in numerous directions and can get a bit cray cray, but I loved how Patrick’s and Morgan’s journey played out. There was drama, but nothing over the top. They acted like adults, for the most part, there were a few inner conversations and actions that toed the line, but they communicated and had pretty valid reasons for keeping things on the down low and when they get busted...well it was and wasn’t what I thought would happen and I loved it. There is one major issue that lands squarely between them and it’s there from the start, so it isn’t much of a surprise when it causes a disruption in their relationship, but I like how it was handled and how everything worked out in the end. I thoroughly enjoyed The Wright Secret. It was a fun read and I loved not only getting to know Patrick and Morgan, but catching up with the rest of the Wright’s and their significant others. There is a part of me that wants to claim this as my fav of them all, but we still have Sutton who is at loose ends still and from what comes to light in this book I am keeping my toes crossed that she will be getting her HEA sooner rather than later. ~ Copy provided by InkSlinger PR & voluntarily reviewed ~

***ARC Provided by the Author and InkSlingerPR*** 4.5 Stars Patrick and Morgan, well, what can I say. I have been waiting for this one through the whole series and it did not disappoint. I loved the characters, I loved that Morgan is both strong and insecure. I really loved that no one really doubted that she could be CEO because she was a woman. Yes, there were some doubts about her abilities, but they were focused on her being new and the size of the company...and somewhat driven by outside forces that are spoilers. I love the way the stories intertwine, how the other characters from the previous stories are a factor in this one, but not in such a way that they detract from the central story of Patrick and Morgan. And, what a story it was. I loved, LOVED that she thought he pushed her aside and rejected her. This wouldn't have worked if we didn't have the dual POV, but knowing what he was thinking, and the reasons for it, helped to really be able to engage with him even when he was being an idiot. The chemistry and the connection also really worked. To go from a friends to lovers, there has to be a strong enough connection and draw for me to be willing to believe that they would risk their friendship, and I believed it for Patrick and Morgan. And, I can't end this without talking about supporting characters, specifically David and Sutton and how much I loved not only their story in this, and the glimpses of their relationship and the fact that there is a duet coming with their story. I recommend this title, and I am looking forward to the next ones in the series.

The worst kept secret has become the best guilty pleasure. Morgan and Patrick were a match twelve years in the making. The younger sister and the brother's best friend may have taken the long way, but they caught up pretty quickly. Naughty meets nice and delivers sweet. K.A. Linde has teased an attraction between these two from the very beginning. It was fun to hear their journey in their own words.
