Really enjoyed this book probably my 2nd favourite Dufort Dynasty book. The first is obviously book 3 with Hunter. Aidan is no Hunter but he is a bad bad boy and I really loved Lilly the female lead in this book, also love that the author continues to include those from the previous books. Definatly recommend reading the whole series it's all really good. If only real life was like this....sighhhhhhh 😂. I read all the Authors books. My favourite are the Vampire ones but these and the mafia ones are also great. Looking forward to reading Amelia Duforts story next, the only female Dufort. At some point I'd love to see the Author circle back round to Hunter Dufort as well....i think I'm a little bit obsessed with him haha.

Honestly? I didn't really like Aidan until 3/4s way through the story. The character was a bit TOO arrogant and without the mannerisms of a good dominant to back it up. But..as an HEA was promised by the author, he came up to scratch. I felt that Lily was a real character and that doesn't always happen in these types of books. a few missed editing challenges but definitely not so many as to take away from the pleasure of reading this book. I have already pre-ordered the next in the series and in the Moretti Vampire Series and in the Dark Kings of NYC. If you can't tell, I REALLY enjoy reading Ms. Banks books and they aren't priced so high that I can't get all of them I want.
