There are so many things about our bodies we don’t know. We always seem to hear about heart health but our liver is just as vital as our heart. But not much information is out there in order to help our liver function properly. I personally learned so much from this great resource. It is so informatively detailed without being overwhelming. It is like reading a medical book for the average person and Grady does it well. I never realized that the liver is the largest internal organ and all its functions. I was totally surprised to learn what can overload your liver such as caffeine. But equally amazed at what that overload can lead to such as heartburn. Excellent is the detailed info on foods to avoid and foods that will support your liver function. I loved the chapter on what herbs and supplements to incorporate into your lifestyle. But the liver flush is amazing! Grady teaches us to use simple and easy-to-find ingredients and in 7 days you can jumpstart your liver to function properly. The great thing is you won’t feel like you are starving to death while detoxing! Overall I couldn’t get enough of this excellent resource that will clear the way to ultimate health of your liver!!

Well-written, easy to understand plan for cleansing your liver and jump starting your health. Anyone concerned about their liver health should read this book.
