When I first read this issue, I thought it was too dark and that these heroes seemed "out of character" for how they were written. Reading this again, I understand now that this is how they were meant to be written. This is an alternate universe of the darkest thoughts and so it makes sense. Looking at this now, the artwork is excellent along with the writing. Some story points could have been fleshed out a little more, but overall a good issue.

I enjoyed the tale of how Batman winds up getting the speed force and literally the struggle within to be either Red Death ,Flash, Batman . Great read. Check out Wild hunt also
