I really like this. Sturdy enough, through, and gives me space for notes. I also like the size and the strap to keep it closed. Solid purchase for tracking baby's basic health info. I do think if your baby had a lot of health issues, it wouldn't be as helpful for you - it's set up more for routine check-ups and growth.

Has a lot of space for a ton of information about your baby. It covers birth to 18 years old. There is space for every well check, plus space for notes on sick visits. I love it because once my kiddo moves out, I can just hand this off to him so he has his complete medical history.
